c# application with interop.outlook.dll

Any one can help me?
I have developed a c# application using interop.outlook.dll function. I can
run this application by using schedule task on my PC, but when I copy this
application file to another PC (PC1) with interop.outlook.dll , I could not
run it by using schedule task .But I can run this application by double
click it from window explore on PC1. There is .net framework and office
outlook 2003 installed on PC1.
